Heated grips "options"

Been running the HD heated grips since 09 - never had a problem!
A couple things I do is;
1. Run the power through the Acc. rocker switch, so I never have to touch the damn dial.
2. Leave the dial at half way, and wear light gloves if any, so it don't over heat.

That was my first choice - the heater is in the grip, not inside of the handlebar, so more heat goes to your hands. They work great even in 40 degrees.

Same here. We got hit with that same storm coming back from Custer into Deadwood. Heated grips was nice. But I am in the same boat with the wife's TriGlide. She did not have heated grips and was looking at the Heat Daemons. Is there room for that heater between the throttle by wire module and the inside of bar? Seems really tight.
