I know it's a little early for heated gear season but I'll ask anyway.
Anyone bought the new heated gear from Harley that uses the wrist mounted controller?
I was just wondering how the wrist controller works - how do you know what you are controlling as there doesn't seem to be an indicator on the wrist controller?
Apparently the wrist controller can control both the jacket and pants - I was wondering how you can tell which of these is being controlled at any one time?
I'll have to check that out. It looks like the wrist devise can cycle through 5 settings which is pulled from a pre-programmed devise in the liner. If I didn't already have a full setup I might look at this. I am using this as a controller and and it works well for me.
If your talking about the heated gear that is also water proof? my buddy has that gear and swears by it. The controller on the sleeve is push button high, medium, low and off. It is a dual source jacket.
If I am not mistaken the pants have a separate control which is either on the other sleeve or the pants themselves, I do know that it is a separate control for the pants.
Do you have a order number for the one you referencing?

The lady that handles them at my Dealer says no complaints or returns on this new stuff. We have whined a good bit about previous versions before, I think she is shooting straight about them. Available in hybrid or not with no extra cost for any controller (Not needed), it is something personal to weigh in with cost/benefit analysis for the RIDER.
