Help locating VIN on frame, NOT the I.D. Decal

Default Help locating VIN on frame, NOT the I.D. Decal
I know this thread sounds a little off, but basically I bought a 1998 Harley Ultra Classic FLHTUCI, and I thought the Decal on the down tube near the voltage regulator was the actual VIN, not just a sticker. Mainly because my 94 Softail had the VIN stamped through that decal. Where is the actual stamped frame VIN at? ugh...

it's not on the right frame tube up by the steering head?

I believe it is on the neck itself. You'll have to do some disassembly to get to it.

I found it. It is under the wiring harness on the photo.
