I don't get the connection. Mine are just as secure, I can just turn a **** with my hand instead of using a tool. Kind of why the invented door *****.

that's the point, the thief would also need a tool, on my RKC he would have needed 3 different wrenches.
All you gotta do is make the bike next to yours easier....

I feel like im buying piece of mind....

I get that you need to make your way INTO the saddle bags as mentioned before, but this is like a safety, I tend to forget to lock em unless Im out of town and stoping for the night....so these do make me feel better knowing that worst case the ******* will get away with a couple dirty tshirts and a baseball cap or something of the like

Well to each his own, I'm happy with making it so they can't do it from outside. If he's a pro and not just some kid he will probably have some tools of the trade. As far as needing three different wrenches I think an adjustable might cover that .

I use the Brukus locks, I like em, how often are you taking the bags off anyway?

You cant use just any torx wrench. The brukus has a pin inside the star figure that requires a hole in the wrench. I bought a couple of extra wrenches. I keep one in the saddle bags, that is always locked and carries my rain gear and a tool kit. No need to get in there on a regular basis. I keep another on my work bench in the garage so it close by if I need to work on the bike.
