ok i need to look into a new tuner tonight while driving front cylinder lost spark completly unplugged the tuner has ran fine since its a power commander 5 was on the bike when i got it so what would be a decent price tuner to get all i have is rhinehart true duels 4 inch and a screamming eagle breather set up its a 2011 street glide 103
I have heard of a lot of people having issues with power commanders. I have had vance and hines fuelpaks on 2 different bikes and never had any issues. The bikes run really well with them. I got my current fuelpak used in the classifieds here for $100.
one of the weak points of a power commander is the connection ( and other tuners may have this same weak point).
Just the existence of 2 extra multipin connections can screw up the sensor input to the ECM and the signals from the ECM to the actuators ...more liklihood of a dirty or poor connection.
Often this is fixed by simply unplugging and replugging the device- try that first and see if your normal spark returns.
If so, then it is "fixed"

Ditto what mkguitar said. No more mods than you have that tuner should suffice unless you got money burning in your pocket then Power Vision is great. Try a little bit of dielectric grease on contacts before reconnecting plug.
