Replaced my last with a yuasa gyz battery, it has more cca too.
At work we use Yuasa batteries in our offshore operations exclusively. They hold up well. When its time to replace my OE battery I'll be going with Yuasa.

Pretty sad , my stock battery in my 03 lasted 11 years, tested every year after 5 years, now they change them if you have any electrical problems on a bike if the battery is older than 2 years old.

The 2009 RG I owned went through 4 batteries in 6 years. Bike was ridden minimum 30 miles at highway speed per ride and at least 4 times per week. First two batteries bike was not on a tender. After everyone on the forum saying that was the cause, I purchased a tender. Last two batteries died just as quickly using the tender everyday. Never needed a regulator or stator (stator was replaced for a leak, but that is a different topic).

Some bikes just seem to eat batteries.
