Pretty sure the shield is Shope's "Big Baller". Looks like it anyway. Paint job is awesome.

hd rolling was correct on the snap caps; fastener goes thru a plastic washer and the cap snaps over it. Got 'em at Lowes for like a dozen for $5, and had my painter spray a bunch.
I use to use a Ness trim piece with this windshield when the bike was denim black.
