Being that this is my first injected bike, an03 egc, I had the tank off while replacing tensioner shoes and replacing rocker support plate gaskets, oil pump, and cam brgs. While putting it back together I cranked it over with plugs out and tank removed to make sure everything appeared ok. I now have a ch eng light that light that goes out for about ten seconds after start, then relights for about 20 secs then goes back out. Engine runs fine so I'm thinking a history code from having the tank unplugged while cranking. I have a manual but it is for a 2000 and has nothing for the injected 03. Can someone give me the procedure to clear codes on that 03 egc please? No tuner and engine is stock, or will disconnecting batt for a minute do it like the old gm cars? The fact that the ck lite comes on at all makes me nervous. I'm going to Harley to order the manual tomorrow but was just wondering-- thanks
