does anyone know what type connector is used on the '07 ECM and where to get them? I need one that I can piggyback between the ECM and the connector so I can build a breakout box for testing...
Unless somebody knows where to get a breakout box that isn't going to cost me hundreds...
I have the Kent-Moore break out box from the Maralli injection early HD. You can cut off the end for the ecu, and use the box part for pinning connectors I was going to do it but, found it easier to just backprobe the existing wires, plus its been a pretty reliable system, and fairly easy to diag. Pm me if you are interested, will sell it cheap
Find a trashed V & H Fuel Pac for your MY. It plugs in between the ECM and chassis harness. Should have some wires where you need them and should be able to add pins if needed.
Thanks for the replies, I did find that I need a Delphi 36 pin connector, and did find the stuff on Mouser.com.
For those that are interested, I found a site this weekend that sells a PDF download of the service manual including the expensive ($95.00 google search price) electrical manual for only $8.00. The site is http://Repairmanualsoncd.com
I was tempted to download them all for $8.00 each! It is the real deal not just a scanned manual that somebody posted.
Now once I build my breakout box I will be able to troubleshoot the whole deal not just the mechanical half.

I know this is a very old post. Do you still have the breakout box for sale. If so what is cheap.

I bought my breakout box and cables on EBAY from a closed dealership. They were a little pricey, but they are the right ones for my '19 Ultra and '10 TriGlide.
