Default Road King Tank Console
I am looking at putting a Road King Custom tank console on my Road King Classic. I found the console part# 68261-04 but I can't find the gasket that goes on the bottom on the console. Does anyone know a part number for that console gasket or know if the Classic gasket will fit on that Custom console?

For a my 2013 RK its 71294-08 but check for yours here,

Yeah, I should have put my year, it is for a 2007 with the 5 gallon tank. Ive looked on all Road King models from 2004 to 2007 and they all have the same part number for console and gasket. They don't make the 68261-04 console anymore, but I found one for sale, but it doesn't have the gasket.

do you mean the split rubber trim...like you get at pepboys for a door edge trim?

that's what I use on tanks and air cleaner cover...and my door trim.

That's the part number for the Classic, but not for the part number I have in original post. Would the same gasket fit both?

I've looked at it, it looks like more than just the split rubber trim.

That's the number I found on Ronnies Microfiche for a 2004 Road King Custom. Go to your local dealer and pick the brains of the best parts person there.

I have the gasket if interested. Replaced my 5 gallon tank with a 7 gallon.
