Rear engine mount
Rear? Do you mean the swingarm bushings? The swingarm pivot shaft runs through the blocks that the pass pegs mount to, through rubber/steel doughnuts behind them, then the swing arm bushings, andthen the back of the tranny. This is what your rear mount consists of. the swing arm bushings are what usually wear out. Not a bad idea to replace the doughnut at the same time. It is a pretty big job, rear wheel, pivot shaft, and swing arm must be removed. The bushings are pressedout ofthe swing arm. They are pressed back in to a specific depth, and then everything reassembled. You should also check Vehicle Alignment after all is done. Also a fairly big job if you've never done it. And you need two STRAIGHT 8' aluminum square tubing to check it. DO NOT believe it when someone says just use 8' flourecent light tubes, they're not Straight. You'd be looking at about 4-5 hours at a dealer including alignment if needed , less if alignment is ok. Hope this helps.
