I like the brighter Sylania Silverstar headlight bulbs, but I'd love an LED. Just don't love the price. Starting to see more and more of these replacement kits, but so far, the real-world reviews aren't very good. If anyone has used this one, chime in!
Ya I have one and three of my ride buddys who noticed my lights have them as well. They are extremely bright. I have had no issues at all. The pattern it produces has been easy to see on the road. I also use led lights for the passing lamps from SoCal.
All the lights are 6000K pure white light.

I too have been watching the LED replacement bulbs. The One from Superbright LED (H4) claims 1200 lumens. Other manufacturers claim up to 3 times the number of lumens on their bulbs. The truth? I don't know, but if I ever break down and try one, it won't be that one because the CLAIMED illumination is less than the high performance halogen bulbs. (In the vicinity of 1600 lumens.) SuperbrightLEDs has other drop in LED replacements for installations using other than H4 and those have larger chips and claim 2500 to 3000 lumens. I Emailed them and asked if they had plans for an H4 bulb with the brighter chips and they said yes, eventually but not even a guess for when. On the other end of the price spectrum is BrightassLEDS at $149 for a pair. They claim 3500 lumens but I can buy lots of H4 halogens for $149 so I am not motivated to try one yet.

I thought the very same as you. Then, I almost hit a coyote on a dark rural road near our home and I decided to spring for the LEDS. The difference is amazing and I'll never, ever go back to a non LED bulb again.

I installed the Cyron LED replacment bulbs. They are plug and play, have their own built in powed fan to keep things cool, and best of all, bright as heck! I'll never go back to the lame *** factory H4 bulb. It Lights up everything. I even see the signs reflecting in the daytime!

I use same style but 2500 lumens low beam and another 2500 For high beam. It is the best setup I ever used. My carmaker and TL7 don't compare to the two led bulbs in the oem housing on my 14 sgs. The flexible heat sink makes for an easy install in any application. I had fitment issues with some led bulbs with cooling fan.
Here is a pic of low beam
