starter clunks when hot

08 had a service bucketing for under toured starter bolts,making a bad ground,remove the starter clean the mating surface and tourqe to the new specs.

I hear ya, I just replaced my original 2008 battery this summer, cheapo pos stock batt only lasted 7 years, LOL

Thanks all I got a Duracell ultra today AGM made in the USA 2 year replacement for $156 out the door Harley was $187 out the door 1 year replacement.
This Batt. was 3 years old Harley
I will update after I ride it a few times. Mike
