I am considering changing out the stock windshield on my SG to the Klock Werk's Flare windshield or the Harley's Windsplitter windshield. From what I had read, these windshield reduces wind noise, buffering, better front end stabilization, the ability to hear the radio at high speed, etc. Is it worth the cost?

I've tried both ... the 8" Klock Werks and the 7" HD Windspliter.
The local HD store had both of these for demos. Try your local HD store to see if they have any to demo.
I ended up getting an 8" LRS Flat Top ... turns out to work better for me than either of the aforementioned two windshields. The LRS was also much cheaper than either of the other two; got mine during the Veteran's Day sale!

I just bought a couple Wind Splitters, (7" & 4.5") off eBay, used of course. Rolled the dice and if I don't like them compared to my 8" LRS, which I'm sure I won't but they look cool, I'll flog them locally, hopefully at a profit. Lots of used out there, try demo at dealer and decide on height.
I know you didn't list them but Freedom Shield has been working well for me, 7"on my 08 FLHX . A pal has the 7" HD windsplitter on his 2014 FLHX and both he and I think my FS works better.
National Cycle also makes some very effective, tough, and beautiful shields. As long as you are shopping, give them a look. Here's a link to the VStream, but they have a variety of shields that will fit your bike:
2015 SGS 6ft tall 32 inseem and I have a 6.5in flare wind hits me in the top of the head much less wind noise compared to stock. I have rode with a 7in windspliter and hated it! Worst then stock in my opinion, pushed all the wind right to my face, lots of wind noise and buffering for the money you pay for the windsplitter they are made very cheap compared to the klock werks stuff. Klock werks has my vote!
