Welcome to the forum.
Look up Mean City Cycles. The best seat modifier you'll find and extremely reasonable. Also, get your riding boots modified with thicker soles. You'd be surprised how much of a difference 1/4" or so can make.
My stock seat for 2011 flhrc gives me much more flat foot than my Corbin Hollywood solo. So it's LOW. I heard it was the lowest HD seat for touring but could be wrong. I sat on it for an 8 hour ride and never had a problem comfort wise. Have you tried one of those? I'm 5'7 too
Lots and Lots of posts on this topic - your search button above is your friend, I did a very long post on seats for short riders and just did a post on boots for short riders, so get your favorite beverage and enjoy your search - lots of good advice from some great people here
Take a look at the Harley Sunday Downer seat that they offer. I'm 6'5" but I wanted a low profile seat to match the lines of the bike without having a custom built. This is a picture of it.
Mean City Cycles can put you where you need to be, call them and answer some questions the they will recommend what you should have done, fwiw I am very happy with the workmanship and turn around once you get a date.
C&C solo I have is a low seat but the pan is wider so it feels like it is higher than it is cause the legs are spread out further, also it sets you back personally I find that comfortable.
I just read the other day that C&C will narrow the pan on request.
