Its made/sold by Danmoto - decent stuff, cheap probably because its made overseas. Cant speak for this specific pipe but I've seen some posts here from guys that have their products.

Stainless and tig welded - if true I doubt they would rust.

That is true however my credit card is offering 10% cash back on amazon purchases this month. That makes it $224.00 a little less for me from amazon
