I bought the adjustable. One consideration is that I'm planning on adding color matched lowers and I can move the adjustable around and change them so they work with the lowers. So that was a consideration but the reality is once you set them, there is really no need to change them around really?
+1 on adjustables. I spent a few weeks dialing mine in just where I wanted them and haven't touched them since...but I haven't touched them because they're finally perfect. Non-adjustables don't give that flexibility.
Ok the adjustable sound like the best to get. I have been thinking about adding lowers and had not thought about regular pegs not working. Thanks everyone.
I bought the adjustable ones for my Sporty. It is true that once installed and set 'just so' I am unlikely to ever adjust them again, but they ain't nowhere close to where the fixed ones are, according to the installed pictures! So fixed ones are fine if you just happen to be the right shape, but how do you discover that?!
How? buy fixed ones , try them out, don't like them, take them off and store them in a box on the shelf . Out $100.00

Ugh?! So you're out of pocket and still don't have any pegs? Spend a little more in the first place and get it right. Unless you have money to burn, that is!
A few weeks ago, I posted on basically the same issue. Many folks posted pics of their hi way pegs with lowers. Very helpful. Took their advice and got mine set just right. Toes on the pegs, heels on the floorboards. Very comfortable. Search around a little bit, you'll find it.
I don't know about you, but I scrape my floor boards with some regularity. Keep in mind, I had a BMW R1200RT immediately prior to my present HD Ultra Limited. The two bikes have vastly different lean angles; but I am getting used to the Ultra's and am scraping less & less. Seems to me, the product you are proposing will further reduce clearance - hence lean angle. If you only anticipate making wide, sweeping turns, perhaps these pegs may work for you. However, for me - no way!
