Just finished another phone call with DragonFly---it's probably just my luck---but I keep getting the same song and dance about the speaker pods I odered and was billed for on 4/16.
Lately been seeing a trail of smoke comingout my azz--like somebody been lying to me. I know it's only a $225 sale but if you make enough of them the $$$ will add up.
The young lady told me today the order will be shipped today---yesterday she said Wednesday.
Last Monday the guy told me Tuesday. If you are having production problems let me know---
I cancelled the order and spent a couple of extra dollars at eGlide Goodies. The customer service there could not be worse.
In my case all they had to do was let me know (truthfully) the status of theorder---had I not called them I would still be expecting a box with speaker pods in it when I get home.
They can learn something about customer service from PEZ and Zanotti's
For me, customer service is key. I will, and do, spend extra money when I feel that the customer service justifies it. It shouldn't be that hard to do business. Do what you say you will do and I will be happy. If something is wrong, tell me. I will wait if it is just explained to me why it will be late. My harley dealer has terribleparts department customer service. Everytime I have ordered a part, they tell me they will call when it arrives. They never have called, not once. I always just end up calling them or showing up. Heck, once they even stocked 'MY' part when it arrived. If I hadn't been there and seen the guy do it, who knows how long I would have waited for them to get another one. Communication....PLEASE!!
