One of my speakers was sounding funny. I pm'd Pez on a Sun.
He got back to me within a day or two,and informed me he was
going to let his tech guy handle it. Scott emailed and left a phone
message that same day.I talked to Scott on a Wed. and found my
right speaker blown. Scott got me one shipped right out without
hesitation.I got it the following Mon.
Pez's customer service is without a doubt the best I've ever
dealt with. People ask me about speakers it's Hogtunes all the way.

I agree.....PEZ, or his assistants, are ALWAYS available! He's quick to respond to emails, phone calls; even the simple questions. Quick shipping too.
