I havea SERT on my bike, but I want to try different slipons on it.
Can a PClll be installed on a bike that has been tuned with a SERT?
If I understood it correctly, when my bike was dynoed with the SERT, it overwrote the Stage 1 download.
Will I have to get the Stage 1 download again if I go with the PClll?
With the help of forum members and pre mapped downloads from different sources, itwould bea lot easier to tune the PClll than the SERT.
Not positive but pretty sure you would have to either go to Stage 1 or stock settings on your ECM. Then you could download mapto the PC for your build. Available maps are based on stock and Stage 1 ECMs.
Or, install the PC and have a custommap made on a dyno.
