And that's about where I am in my thinking. I was shocked...like I mentioned earlier. I am not going to be doing anything else to the motor....129 ftp of torque is good 'nuff. That being said, I don't think I want a VPC that's rated at 130 ftp (which is what the FM VPC is rated at with the stock spring)....it puts me a little close to the max. So I am going to either consider what you've suggested, or spend a touch more and do what you and Skratch have done. The later is most like what I'll do. I can handle the pull, but the wear is simply too extensive to leave things alone.

Dunno. Will check on the FM website and see if it's noted.

The stock 340 spring with the 95 holds up to 148tq and the 84 holds up to 130tq with the same stock spring.

Not noted. I'll have to look at my receipt when I'm in office tomorrow.

One other question I didn't think to ask...was your motor a 96 or 103 before you did the 107?

In that case, what do you think? My motor right now is making 129 ftp, and I'm done.....but I'm right there at the ceiling. What would you do?

'Twas a 103". It's a 2012 Road Glide.

Since your stock Spring is the 340 that's what I'd go with since you asked. I really wanna get the pull back down to stock and still maintain grip. The VP95 will get me the results I'm after with the stock spring and an EASY pull.

Decision made...I'm following you and Skratch. Found a 95 on Amazon for $244, shipping included. Maybe the same deal you found as it's from Powersport.

I too want stock pull on the clutch. If for no reason other than that the parts in the clutch lever area aren't made to stand up to 20%+ more tension....not to mention the clutch cable.

Thanks for the patience. Very helpful.

You'll need this 3/16" spacer too if your running anything other than the stock derby cover.
