The factory parts catalog calls for a grade 5 fastener.
Stainless fasteners are not high strength...

I've only had good experiences with Allen's Fastener's. They always seem to have what I need.

Take the fasteners to the local ace hardware. There is a sizing plaque at the end of the aisle you can screw the fastener into and then go find it. They all Sell stainless, Some are carrying chrome fasteners now as well.

Stainless Bolts
Diamond Engineering polished stainless bolts, according to their strength charts, are rated at 180,000 pounds for breaking strength...That is grade 8 strength.
There are many different types of stainless and some are stronger than carbon steel.
Like I said try Ace first. My local Ace hardware stores sells polished stainless as well but I don't know the strength.
