Wal-Mart jump starter for $19
I found this at the local Wal-Mart yesterday and bought one. For $19 I'm happy;

Short money to get you out of a jam. I purchased one of these to carry when I snowmobile or go out on the bike. Small, powerful and very portable. Not near the deal you got.

Even at $39 it's a good deal. The $60 to $90 are 4 or more times this size and weigh a lot more.

Jumper is designed to start something with a dead battery when you do not have jumper cables or another car nearby with a good battery.
Also triples as a flash light and a way to recharge your run down cell phone in an emergency.
