That kinda is the exact time of hurricane SANDY.......there were over 4-5 thousands bikes that were for auction in Long Island alone. Some under water....some never saw so much as a drop. But at that price point I wouldn't bother with it if it was perfect. 09 new style frame ones with no story same price . It's pretty hard to hide a flood bike.....just look.
