Destination Harley has 2 shops now.. .one in Fife/Tacoma(Main Dealership) and the other in Puyallup/Graham (Outlet Shop/store). best dealership I've found in WA. I've been to all of 'em in the Seattle area .... and Destination is by far the nicest people and go the extra mile for service. Would highly recommend 'em to anyone looking for good service, great salespeople, parts .... and clothing/accessories. Sometimes it is hard for me to make a choice which one of destination harley shops to go to. They are both awesome.

Good discussion. I have had a similar experience with my local dealer in Eden Prairie Minnesota. Bought two bikes from them, one for myself and one for my wife. Great people who simply love Harley Davidson motorcycles. When our sales guy (who knew very well that my wife wanted a new one) was talking to us during an event, he really did not care if I was buying something or not. It is his job to provide for his family and sell something to make money, but our conversations were always like family. Of course when we were ready, we bought it from him. By the way it was 10 degrees below zero that day and they sold 5 other bikes. Can’t even ride for another 2 months. Everyone we ever dealt with were super friendly, not because they thought it would help sell me something, but because they were actually nice people. Willing to help in any way they can. When they say welcome to the family when you buy a Harley that is what they are talking about. It must be something that corporate Harley actively fosters in their dealerships because this type of service seems pretty consistent. Have spent an enormous amount of money with Harley, it is a life style that we have chosen and we love. Great bikes. Great brand. Great people.

I have always loved working with my hands, I just don't have all the knowledge I need to do all the mods I would like to perform myself. I am learning, but seeing something in person would help me out.
Know what you mean Papa, they've got clubs with every name you can think of, those of us who are willing should gather in our own geographic locale and form our own posse. Now that would be a club.

Good to hear your story. I have done my business with Mischler's HD for years and never could understand all of the dealer hate I see out there. They have never done me wrong and gone out of their way to do right. I think a lot of the dealer hate comes from bad customers myself. Even the few dealers I have dealt with while on the road have been outstanding.
