Default Performance Machine Tech front end install HELP!!??

I am installing the Performance Machine Tech front end on my 2015 Ultra Limited and having a few issues wondering if anyone can help? When I tighten the front axle down to 55 ft lbs like they call for the legs are to tight for my LH caliper to fit on and the right hand axle cover will not stay on because the axle has pulled to far into the RH leg? Has anyone ever installed this front end and had these issues?

I'm not sure on a 15 model, my 05 I had to center it before tighten it down. I had a problem with my brake binding and pulling to one side. I was told to check alignment and that fixed it.

I had to center the axle on mine, apparently you can pull the axle into far causing the wheel to shift to one side.
