That anniversary edition is nice and you'll know there are only 1750 going around in that color. Your choice if the exclusive paint and trimmings are worth that to you. Actual sell might be less than asking. I like #1 IMO.

Agreed. I have a buddy that has a 96" that's stage 1 only, and he left my stock 103" in the dust. They're both very good motors, but there's nothing wrong at all with a 96" if that's what fits into the OP's budget. AND, they're strong.
...come to think of it, my 103" was a stage 1 at the time that he taught me a lesson with his 96".

You need to fire up a 96 CI engine and sit on it at idle.
Then fire up a 103 CI and let it idle.
The engine vibrations of the 96 are annoying to say the least.
The 96 sorta smooths out at hiway speed, but idle is a b i t c h.
I had an '08 and '13 RK. Both were good rides.
A Street Glide 103 is a much better ride, imho
