I'm having Rinehart true duals put on my bike and the dealer can't seem to find a brake peddle to work with the new pipes. Does anyone have suugestions?

The stock pedal won't work? My RKC had Rineharts with the standard pedal.
the RH TDs come with 'spacers' to move the footboards out 1/2" there are spacers and 2 new bolts to replace the stock bolts.
Best way to put on the pipe ... is to remove the entire footboard and don't put it back on till the pipe is on and tight. (bypass the part to put the board back on. Too hard to try and get the pipe to squeeze between the pan and the rest of the bike.
But... you should have the spacers and new bolts for the footboard mount so it comes out the extra 1/2". If not... call BUB or if you want it quicker you might be able to purchase the 'extension' kit from SOOS here on the forum.

Good info. But this has no effect on the brake pedal.
The SE RK's come with the "Ironside" brake pedal pad but I don't see how it is that much different from the stock pedal.
Rinehart specificaly states that the true duals are not for the 07 SE bikes. The Brake lever for the SE bikes are billet not stamped and are thicker. Some of the bikes have an issue clearing the pipe some dont. You can run a stock FL brake pedal and the iron side brake pedal pad, but you will loose the matched look. It always makes me laugh when people assume the dealer is trying to get one over on the customer. Seriously do you think having a bike hung up on a lift or in the shop is worth the time to possibly sell an 80-150 dollar brake lever? Service departments make money on continuity and getting bikes in and out, not nickle and diming the customers...Ask the shop to use SE replacement exhuast manifold gaskets, they are considerably thinner than the stockers and can get you that needed space to clear the duals.
