Default Progressive link question

Ok so my new link arrived today. I see I have to remove my exhaust on the right side. With my stock pipes it looks like the rear cylinder and probably left side pipe as well. Will I need any new gaskets ? Any advise is appreciated.

The gaskets are cheap. If you have to pull the headers just replace them.

I would agree. It's an 08 so I would just replace them if they were only a year old or so I might reuse them but why take the chance of having to change them out if they leak?

I put one on my 2013 FLHTK. I did not remove the exhaust put I took my 90 degree allen wrench and chop sawed and was then able to get in there and tighten that one bolt .

Thanks guys, I got it all apart and new gaskets on my bench. I had to take mine apart as my right side swing arm bracket had a bolt 1/2" from my pipe. It wasn't coming out without removing the pipe. Link all on and together. Pipes tomorrow

I put one on my 06 standard and didn't remove exhaust either.
