Im not a big fan of Chemical Guys stuff, but try Hybrid V7. When it first came out it was paired with Blacklight. Killer combo if you want to hide some flaws and make it super glossy.
Spray some V7 on your damp drying towel and dry your ride. I have yet to see anything intensify the gloss in paint like V7. Its not made to last long but the look is crazy.
Warning: doesn't work well if the paint has a ceramic or quartz based coating applied.
On the seats I use Sta-Bil 303 sample sent out last year. (Gave one of the samples to my neighbor who now also uses it on his boat seats.) Haven't tried their other detailing products. Been using Ultima Waterless Wash for the past year and it works great. Also big in the auto detailing business but not so much publicity for motorcycles.
I've been using Bugslide for some time now on our bikes. Works great on all bike surfaces, including windshield. Leaves a just-waxed look and feel that makes the colors pop, and takes bugs off easily - even old dried up, burnt-in bugs, and is quick and easy to use. Very happy with it.

Ultima Waterless Wash is the best I have used. I want to try the new Wolfgang waterless wash, I have heard its even better.
As for Lemon Pledge, Ill leave the house cleaning stuff for the house. So many good products out there made by a chemical engineer for clear coat.
I am a huge fan, and use it on my cars too. But the 303 Speed Detailer covers large areas, like a car, quicker. So I'm going back to using Original Bike Spirits on just the bike.

+1 on Bugslide. I've been using it for five years on the bike. Makes the bike look great. I'm very happy with it.
