Received some samples from Sta-Bil. Used the detaileer and found it worked very well. Nice deep shine with no spots or streaks. Used it after a general cleaning with Ultima waterless wash. Used the 303 cleaner and protector on the seats and windshield bags with good results.
If washing with a hose after a trip or getting caught in the rain I've used S100 for decades. Spray on a cool bike and hose off.
For just normal dust, dirt, bugs i use waterless spray on cleaner/polishers. I've used S100 quick detailer, Harleys version (don't remember what its called,) and currently Original Bike Spirits (OBS.) OBS is great stuff, but it has petroleum distillate and really shouldn't be used on windshields. I use Novus 1 on my plastic parts.
Just bought some Bugslide cleaner/polisher/bug remover to try. It is expensive, but can be used on all surfaces including windshields, vinyl, and leather. Excited to try it after watching and reading reviews. No petroleum or ammonia.
This bike degreaser has some similarities to the other bike degreaser in terms of features and functionality. However, when compared to the previous product I evaluated, the most noticeable difference is the lack of water rinsing. This product is not like the Finish Line Bike Degreaser, which requires you to wash the bike parts after application. To effectively remove all dirt from the chain or other drivetrain parts, all you have to do is apply it to the chain or other drivetrain parts.
Bug Slide is pretty good stuff since it can be used on the ENTIRE motorcycle. They sell a small size w/microfiber cloth that I always keep in one of my side bags.
Someone else (earlier in this thread) suggested Simple Green. Caution: Simple Green has been shown to attack aluminum if not completely washed off. Instead, Simple Green makes a specific formulation for "aviation use" but it can be a little difficult to find. Since airplanes are mostly aluminum it was discovered that IF the regular Simple Green were to seep into seams or areas that could not be flushed with water it would react with aluminum. If you want to use Simple Green make sure its the more costly formulation for "aviation use".
FYI...I use 101 Wheel Cleaner on the wheels to get rid of the brake dust but I'm careful to thoroughly rinse it off with water.
