Spring cleaning!!! Best spray on cleaner?
I too have a black car. Sure looks good when clean. I use Duragloss primer and sealant on the car and bike paint. Easy to keep clean and lasts about a year.

Gloss or wrinkle.
Just curious, but when people say they use some products on the black parts of the engine are they referring to the wrinkle finish or the gloss black finish on some bikes. I want to see what will work best to detail gloss black engine.

I am in no way recommending anyone do this but! Last year my wife's Honda Shadow had been sitting in the garage unused and unwashed for 2 years. Our garage sometimes sweats bad with weather changes and much of the chrome had pretty bad surface rust almost everywhere. I normally use either Honda Brite or S100 in the spray bottles. Not paying attention I grabbed a bottle of RV Black Streak remover from Walmart that was also on the shelf and sprayed the entire bike down with it. About the time I got the whole bike sprayed down I realized I had grabbed the wrong thing. Panicking thinking I had just destroyed her bike I quickly rinsed it back down and to my amazement the bike looked awesome and ALL the rust was gone!!!!

See Post 23. They'll send you 3 bottles (big bottles too,) of detailer, UV Protectorant and general cleaner for free to try for yourself. It's a good product line.
