2013 Road Glide

comfort and sleek kinda don;t go together.
i had a HD Brawler solo which was good for intown
the SG seat was good for 4 to 6 hours, then painful- I liked the *** bumper for control.
an ultra seat is what I used for touring..8 ~10 hour days, day after day.
The cop seat i am using now-= I'm tall so can hot the ground at a stop- sure is comfy.
Corbin: I bought a premium Corbin seat- it was hard as hell.
I called and they said give it a few months to break in, so I did.
No better, numbass after 45 minutes.
So I called back- they said "too late".
at about 14 months the covering started to crack, they said "too bad, sun exposure"...I said the only time it's outside it shaded by my body.
They offered nothing.
I'll never buy anything from Corbin, and as I promised, i will share my story whenever I can.
Mike
Theres a lot of money to be made selling the "best" seat out there, but it will come full circle back to OEM. I ride interstate 300-400+ a day for 10 hours a day, works for me.
FYI to the guy who said the Corbin seat was hard as hell, well they all are. I asked my guy why theyre so hard and he said they glue a cover over the foam and that's what makes it hard, theres no give in it. Every Corbin I ever sat on was hard as a rock.
