Hi all, 1st post;


Have a stock 2012 Ultra 10,000 miles, I have had a lot of crazy electrical problems with this bike.


Last Sunday we rode about 10 hrs, about 20 miles from home the red key light came on, no turn signals, made it home then wouldn't restart.


After every little glitch if I take out the main fuse overnight it will restart and run ok. Taking it to dealer today to have it checked over, sure sticks in the back of your head for reliability.


Anyone else have any similar issues?

points to a problem with the TSSM- turn signal security module

do a quick search on the forums and see what TSSM problems others riders have had- most will relate to a LED swap without a load balancer or equalizer.

if you have a multitude of problems-you may want to disconnect and reconnect the TSSM and the ECM- look into tyhe connections for signs of corrosion or arcing

for bonus points I clean up my fuses every few years- bikes, cars, trucks, rv:
