Man I hate to tell you but here's a SE kit that GMR bolted together in a 2009, the spigots on the cylinder sleeves are smaller and will slide in a 110" engine without boring. The sleeves are made with a harder metal so they could do that.

Its a new world out there. There is no need for boring cases with the Harley 117 kit.

I guess my 117" Pro Race kit installed in my 2009 CVO Road Glide is not proof enough.

Yeah, that's BostonBoys silver 2009 CVO Road Glide. 138 square is what Steve was able to get out of the 117" kit. Pretty impressive.
I haven't got my final Dyno since I had to upgrade my Fullsac "B" X-pipe and 2.5"Baffles to "D" X-Pipe and 2.0" Baffles.
Using Steve's Genesis 577 cams and cleaned up heads (not a true P/P) Steve feels I should be like 125ish HP 131ish TQ.
Looks like June before I can get my final tune due to work.

Sporacer,
The BIG problem with these Bolt on Kits are SOME (over half from my dealer) jugs are "out of round" from the MoCo.
Lucky for me, I bought it up to my dealership before the build. Mine was one of my dealerships first customers install and I took mine to a local guy to correct the jugs.

I'm holding off for a bit because of this issue and its only 9.9 to 1 compression. My 2016 cvo runs so good with pipes, slip ons, and a tts I'm not really wanting more at this point.
