Im looking at ideas for handlebar mounted speakers for a 2003 Road king classic. Harley offers a set at more than $400 dollars but the reviews are not good as they fail and the chrome falls off. What does anyone else use or recommend? Im thinking for a longer road trip, music would be nice but they have to look good and clean. Don't want wireing all over the place or all kinds of do-dads to mess with while riding. Perhaps A sirrus radio set up if that exists for a bike but I would still need speakers.
Handle bar speakers don't work good maybe in town and parking lot,but not on highway.
Like previous post earphones or you could put some lowers with speakers and saddlebag speaker with amp and hookup to iPod,but than you are really getting into some money.just depends on how much you want to spend
They make all kinds of handlebar systems, most of which are not expensive. I don't think any of them will sound " great ", cause the speakers are so small. If you want some music on your bike, anything beats nothing.
