Default Limited or Ultra?

I am considering trading in my current 2013 Ultra Classic but I would like some input from those of you who have either the Ultra Limited or the Ultra. Best I can tell the only difference between the two is the Limited has ABS and water cooled exhaust valves. Anything else I am missing? Are they really worth the additional $? Obviously my current ride has neither ABS or the water cooled feature and to be honest I really don't see the need for either as I don't miss having them now. To me that's just more things you have to worry about servicing. Thanks for the input in advance.

When I bought my Ultra Limited in 2012, the main difference I went with the Limited was to get the chrome wheels. I think they are easier to clean & polish.

The other differences were just icing on the cake.

Don't know if you still need to go Limited to get the chrome wheels...

Limited has wet-head, CB, painted inner, 6.5 info and abs/security standard. Ultra options include 6.5 info and security. Think abs is standard on Ultra. I like air cooling- being married to lowers is not for me. Also, the 4.3 info will not support XM so I would need 6.5 info option. Do not want security or CB! Looking at Ultra

You can get pretty much everything that is available on the limited on the Ultra except for liquid cooling. I got the ultra with ABS, security, 6.5" screen. I did not like the liquid cooling, luggage rack, or black painted inner fairing. Also none of the limited colors spoke to me.

I moved up from a Road King Classic to the Limited. The Limited is a great fit and I like what it has.

I went with the Ultra Classic. I had a Street Glide Special and really never used the Nav...so it really wasn't worth the extra money. It has the ABS, and I added the security system. While most people like the water cooled heads, I live in Oregon where heat isn't much of an issue. So that seems like just another potential point of failure. Besides...the storage in the lowers is handy. I prefer my heated gloves to heated grips. I believe the limited also has the premium shocks (which I liked on my SGS) rather than the air.

Opinions will vary. But for me...I just didn't feel the limited was giving me anything I really wanted for the extra money.
