Enjoy. Sturgis is great. Been about 4 times. Going again this year. I usually only stay 2 days as that's enough people for me. Friends are staying at the Glencoe this year due to the concerts. My wife and I aren't so we will buy a 5 hour pass for 20 bucks and party inside with our friends then move on.
My son rides now too. This year I plan a 3 day road trip just the two of us. Its great riding our Harleys but even better when you can do it with your kid.
Made the trip many, many times. Both locations are a really good time. Don't usually camp though due to family in the area.

Might be cool to stay there for the relaunch of the "phoenix" from the flames.
