If you wear a Signet-Q, you have an oval head. There aren't many other helmets out there that'll fit as well as that one. You could try the GT Air, but I'd bet it's too round for you.

I had a couple of strokes I've been able to fight my way back from, mostly, and have been wearing an Arai Signet Q for the last 3-4 years to best protect what still works in the old noggin'. I really love this helmet, but my brain doesn't regulate temperature properly since the strokes, and even with all the vents (including the brow vents in my SAI face shield) I'm getting too hot. Last year I had a car full of dumb kids skidding into my side of the road around a sharp turn and ended up in someone's yard instead of letting the punks in the Honda Civic hit me. My head slammed into the ground and my investment in my helmet paid off.
Now I'm looking for the dream helmet- one that fits like my Arai, is good as my Arai, but one not as hot. Suggestions?
