If you wear a Signet-Q, you have an oval head. There aren't many other helmets out there that'll fit as well as that one. You could try the GT Air, but I'd bet it's too round for you.

Last year I had a car full of dumb kids skidding into my side of the road around a sharp turn and ended up in someone's yard instead of letting the punks in the Honda Civic hit me. My head slammed into the ground and my investment in my helmet paid off.
Now I'm looking for the dream helmet- one that fits like my Arai, is good as my Arai, but one not as hot. Suggestions?
When I transitioned from a sport bike to a cruiser I had a similar experience. I was wearing an HJC 3/4 helmet and as long as it's a DOT helmet your head will be protected. I know there's a devout following to the ARAI helmet especially in the sport bike arena, but they are heavily over priced and I'm living proof any DOT helmet will protect your head.
