Thanks everyone. The switch is a push button and it appears to have an indicator light on it as well as an indicator light on the dash. Neither of those are illuminating so there is obviously no peer going to the switch. I would think fuse as well but I haven't opened the panel to check yet. The manual shows the fuse panel but it doesn't show an independent fuse for the aux lights. I need to open the panel and check, if not I will be taking it to the dealer. Bought it from a private party.

Take it to a dealer it should be under warranty, and them walk you around the Bike and
show you how everything works., and get a shop manual too.

Get a simple DVM (digital voltage meter) and start looking at fuses for your lights. Or go old school and use a "test-light" with one end on the positive end of your battery.
