Has anyone put any heat shield like dyna mat or similar under seat to help with engine heat? Maybe stick it to the seat? Or just tape non adhesive type under seat after you cut to fit? I just removed cat and installed Night Rider ViEDs and that helped tremendously but now instead of a hot leg I got a slightly warmer A$$. It least it feels warmer but might be in my head or should I say my A$$.
The capt itch crotch cooler might actually work better for you than the mid frame air deflectors. Just the way its made, the crotch cooler includes a layer of leather that rests below the seat.

I saw that and wondered if it worked. Anybody got one and want to comment?
Just did a seat mod raised about a inch. Don't feal like I'm cooking now just on simmer. The passenger is for sciatica nerve which gave me foam to work with. I too was wondering if a heat foil would help. I have a kury deflector on right side after reading on ways to keep engine cooler. Last year with both I noticed less eat on legs but more into seat as it has no where to go but threw the seat.
