Default Aux LED daymakers issue

Trying to install these aux lights....on a 2005 RK....my aux came with spades...so i cut connectors off the new lights and soldered wires gray / white ( power ) and black / gray ( ground ) now here's the issue......turned the starter button to on position , threw the aux switch ....both lights came on.....wife came to see my excellent work done by a non- technical fool (me) i thought i did good....went to throw the aux switch on and the right one doesn't turn on while the left does....checked all of the connections but still no right light on....any help would be greatly appreciated.....just can't understand how the left is on while the right is not....aren't they supposed to be on the same circuit?

Before you spliced the wires did you verify which was hot, and which was ground?

As I recall it was not real clear which wire should connect to which ( too many gray wires and not enough black and white.)

LED lights are polarity sensitive. One light may be crossed.

Swap the lights and see if the one that doesn't work works.
