I am 2,500 miles into a 5k, 20 country Europe trip. We were out exploring today and the bike just shut off, check engine light came on. About ten miles earlier I went to start it and nothing happened. All lights were working. I switched it to off then back to ignition and she fired right up. Now back to when the bike shut off, all lights and radio were working just no power. Pulled over, checked oil, took the rain sleeve off the intake, unplugged a USB charger (hooked to battery tender plug) and she had no issues for the 50 miles back to camp, ran like a champ.... 2013 street glide Thoughts????

If you are on Facebook there is a group called North American Biker Rescue. They have bikers in Europe too. Like the page and put out a rescue call, somebody local will hopefully come with tools or a trailer. https://www.facebook.com/groups/Neighbors.NABRs/
Are there any more codes? That code is telling you that you have a open or short in your front Oxygen sensor. I do not believe that will shut your bike down!
Sounds like an electrical issue to me.
Check all battery connections. Top up battery with a charger.
You also said two things that made me think they might be connected. You took a rain cover off the intake and turning ign switch on and off let bike start. If you've been riding in a lot of rain, perhaps there is moisture in the ignition switch.
Really hard to help at a distance but those are two relitively easy things that I would check based on your description.
