"Your experience sounds more like a front tire, wheel bearing, or steering head problem."

Ditto on that

Thanks for all the tips. I will be running a check on all of them. Some comments for now:

1. Air Ride System - I was running with the shocks up all the way so it was running at the same riding height as a stock Street Glide.

2. Wheel Weights - The wheels do have weights on them

3. Wheel Tire Combination - 18 x 3.5 front and rear. Metzler ME 880 Tires

4. I don't understand the hogdoc's comments about "Front End Swing". I don't know what that is.

I will be looking at all the other ideas as well and if, (make that when), I get it figured out I will post the results.

Swing is what you adjust. Maybe this will help you. http://www.shortscoots.com/CMS/content/view/138/136/

Keep in mind ... in your case, you want the accessories on.

"swing' or drop ( another measurement system I have not gotten thru my head yet), is the physical test for the head bearing pre load.

Not the clamp bolt at the top of your triple tree, but the castelated adjusting nut under the top of the triple tree. Find a manual, and/or buy the FIX My Hog for the Touring Bikes. Both are great investments.
