I just installed these over the winter(HD Nostalgic grips) and not sure I like them. The **** on the end of the grip seems to dig into my palm while riding and becomes very uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I'm starting to regret I didn't go with the ISO grips.

I have the nostalgic grips and like them fine. Also have the WildChubby 12.5 in apes as well. Very comfortable. Make sure your gloves aren't tight--that will numb you faster than anything I know. Keep your grip tight. Occasionally, I have to remember that handling this ride is like jetfighter, light on the throttle and grips makes for a smoother and responsive ride. Doesn't take much.
