Thanks for the responses. I'm picking up a set of 2015 Street Glide rim and tire take offs (removed by dealer before the bike left the shop) from a guy in my area. Brand new Dunlops and rims for $500 seems like a pretty reasonable deal, to me anyway. I figure if I don't like them on my bike I can sell them and probably get most, if not all my money back.
Mine's a 2011 Limited Ultra. I did a 19" Enforcer StreetGlide wheel, and a StreetGlide fender. Stock size tire & wheel are still on the back. No difference in handling, and I ride a lot --- 55K miles. 20K miles on this front wheel, and no handling issues at all. You'll be fine. Can't help you with a front 21, but I'm guessing no issues there either.
Your 17" and the 19" are the same diameter (different aspect ratio). The 21" has a larger diameter and will change the rake and trail of your bike without any other changes (increases Trail). You may find your steering a little less responsive (but many have done it without changes)
just to add to multi's post, the stock hd wheel/tire combo from 16'', 17'', 18'' and 19'' all have virtually identical rolling diameters (assuming you are using stock rubber) and will not raise your front end. if you go with the 18'' rear (cvo), it has app 3/8'' greater overall diameter, which will raise your rear app 3/16''.
good deal on the takeoffs. now after you wear those tires out, you can do the chrome exchange on the enforcers, and go with the American elite tires (or m2's)

I'll be going back to the MC2's when these new ones wear out. They're great tires!
Holy cow! That was a good deal!!! I checked with the Harley dealer today and the rims and front rotors at $1200. The tires together are $490. Combined total of almost $1700. At a great price of $500. I can live with that. đđ¤
