On a recent road trip I realised that I had lost the thumb screw for the adjustment of the backrest on my '15 CVO limited.
I would think that the thumbscrew used is no different from any of the other adjustable backrests. Problem is that I am not too familiar with non metric threads. Can anyone tell me what thread this thumb screw is please?
Thanks guys.
You would think they could design that so that the screw, even if it backed out due to vibration, wouldn't just fall out and be lost. Sorry for that inconvenience. I don't have a HD backrest, mine is a Mustang, so I am no help to ya. Somebody will chime-in though I am sure.

I'm sure that the next one I have will have a groove and cir-clip, that's for sure.
