What size hole did you drill for the wires to exit? Do they help with night riding?
I had the Harley fog lights (the ones that mount to the crash bar) mounted before I swap to the Cirius led lights. During the day time hours the Harley lights could barely be seen but since I have put the Cirius lights on the guys I ride with tell me how much more they stand out and can be seen which is what I wanted mostly. The more visible I am to others the better. I mounted the Cirius led lights across the top of the crash bar cause I already had holes there for the Harley fog lights. The will light up more area mounted on the outside of the crash bar but I already have the led head light so for night riding that's enough it was the daytime hours that I wanted to be more visible to others and they definitely are. I don't remember what size hole, I used a punch, drilled the holes and used a tap to thread them for the mounting screws. Just take your time....
I put these on. Ebay under $20.00
They give you lots of fill under the factory headlight and sure make you visible to others.
I made some brackets from 1" flat stock and bolted them to the bolt on the crash bar.

I have mine mounted there. looks like the same light. Rigid? It needs to be tucked up flush to the apron below the fairing. It sits a little bit forward to get that high. I made a couple brackets for it. Also if you suspension is lowered don't think it will work. I've hit potholes and railroad tracks and still no problems. Love it. I still want more though. Day time cagers need all the help they can get.
