Handlebar Help

I wanting to upgrade my bars on my '08 Ultra. I'm wanting to go about 4" taller than stock and 1" back. I'd also like the grips and controls not to turn in as much as the stock bars to make it more natural to have my hands on the grips.

Any idea and recommendations?

I love my Wild Ones wo478 10" mini apes. I'd recommend them to anyone.
