Default Tsukayu Start to Finish

It's been a while since anyone has posted anything new about Tsukayu's products and customer service experience. I have a 2014 RK FLHR. Today, I ordered the double boox fairing and HD style tour pack with audio.

I've read many positive and a few negative reviews on different forums including this one. My biggest concern was ordering from overseas. Decisions, decisions... Taxes, customs, bank fees, insurance, etc..

I know, if I wanted a street glide, I should have bought one, right? Well, I don't. I've always had RKs. Having the option to add and remove all the accessories it's what I like.

I really couldn't find too much detail on experiencing the entire process of ordering, delivery, installation and product review.

So here is my experience which will be updated with each event.

Looks like I have to add this edit:
I am NOT trying to find something wrong with this company. As stated above...I am merely sharing my experience, and I appreciate you sharing any of your experiences dealing with Tsukayu, it's services, and it's products. There is no ill will intended with this thread, and obviously, there will be those who don't seem to get it. So, any negative comments and/or inquiries to this post are unsolicited and unwelcome.

Update #1:

Spoke with customer service (they don't sound Chinese) on a Florida number. Weird! The rep was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I am to receive an additional windshield at no cost for ordering both items.

I was told that there is no tax, and US customers pay no customs or bank fees. The amount charged is it, period.

Fairing: https://www.tsukayu.com/QuickDetacha...oxFairing.html

Tour Pack: https://www.tsukayu.com/TourPackHD.html

Ordered online and paid with PayPal. Other options are available for payment.

Delivery is supposed to be from 2 to 5 weeks.

I had a set of Tsukayu hard bags on my old Suzuki. Also ordered from Value Accessories, free shipping and they arrived in 2 days! Can't beat that. The bags were great. Very high quality and well built. Would recommend to anybody.

U were already told there were no customs taxes, or bank fees, are you trying to find something wrong with the company?
